Action for ASD

Many children with autism are being excluded from mainstream education for behavioural issues caused by autism. Many mainstream schools are not providing suitable provision for children who need extra support and understanding from teaching staff that have knowledge of the needs of those with autism and the best way in which they can make progress. Many parents face huge challenges trying to secure a suitable education for their child. Action4ASD are campaigning for children with autism to have the right to a suitable education. Despite disability and equality laws our children are still not able to access the education they rightly deserve in order to progress.
